Explore the ocean with an iPad

It is commonly known that the iPad has many uses. Noone ever thought though that it could explore the deep wild ocean, but now it is possible with Apple's device.
Until now you needed expensive equipment and a team of scuba divers to shoot a movie under water. Thanks to the robot submarine controlled just from an iPad it will be alot easier!
The Aquabotix Hydroview can capture Full HD video and allows its users to enjoy under water view on their iPad screen. It uses batteries and is compatible with iPad, other smartphones and windows computers. Its dimensions: 37x48x17cm, weight: 4kg (8,8pounds) and estimated price: 4,000$.
It has LED lighting, can travel with speed of 5 knots forwards and 1 knot backwards, while it can reach the depth of 45 meters (147 feet). Finally while underwater it can send back information about the condition of the water.
